Ripoti inaorodhesha Rosslyn, Muthaiga kati ya maeneo ghali zaidi kuishi Nairobi

Ripoti mpya ya BuyRentKenya imefichua maeneo ghali zaidi kukodisha au kununua nyumba Nairobi, na Rosslyn ikipewa nafasi ya kwanza. Muthaiga na Lower Kabete pia ziko juu ya orodha ya nyumba za pekee ghali kukodisha. Bei za ghorofa zimeshindikana, lakini maeneo kama Westlands na Kilimani bado yanahitaji zaidi ya KSh50 milioni kwa ununuzi wa kifahari.

Ripoti ya BuyRentKenya ya Januari hadi Desemba 2025, iliyochapishwa Februari 12, 2026, inaonyesha mahitaji makubwa ya nyumba za kukodisha za hali ya juu katika viunga vya Nairobi licha ya shinikizo la kiuchumi. Rosslyn imeshtakiwa kama eneo ghali zaidi kuishi, na Muthaiga na Lower Kabete zikifuata kwa nyumba za pekee kukodisha.

Kwa bei za ardhi, Wilaya ya Biashara Kuu (CBD) ya Nairobi, Brookside, South B na Eastleigh zimeorodheshwa kama ghali zaidi.

Ripoti inatabiri kuongezeka kwa maendeleo ya ghorofa zaidi, hasa Westlands, Kileleshwa, na Upper Hill. Miji mzunguko kama Ruaka, Syokimau, Ruiru, na Ongata Rongai inatarajiwa kuwa vituo vipya vya ghorofa, vinavutia wawekezaji waliotengwa na bei za msingi za Nairobi.
