Apple working on three more iOS 27 features for fall

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reports that Apple plans to release three additional features for iOS 27 later this year. The features were not announced during WWDC 2026. They include a new watch face, a customizable Camera app, and expanded third-party chatbot support in Siri.

According to Gurman, a new watch face is expected alongside a fall refresh of Apple smartwatches. The design may draw from the Modular Ultra option but will be simplified for standard models.

A customizable Camera app is also planned. It is set to debut with the iPhone 18 Pro announcement and will let users select which functions appear and where they are placed.

Siri will gain support for third-party chatbots. Users will be able to switch between Apple Intelligence and models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude. The developer beta currently supports only ChatGPT, though Gurman noted the list of options will expand.
