Demi Moore has submitted statements in her daughter Rumer Willis's custody battle, describing what she called aggressive actions by ex Derek Richard Thomas.
Rumer Willis and Derek Richard Thomas split in 2024. They have been in a custody dispute over their three-year-old daughter Louetta since last summer. Demi Moore told a court in January that Thomas entered the birthing tub without asking and without having showered in an aggressive and sudden manner during Louetta's home birth. She added that he became angry and pouting when asked to leave and later pressured Rumer not to have family support present. Moore further claimed Thomas interrupted her first time holding Louetta to demand skin-to-skin contact and refused to allow swaddling when the baby was cold. She stated that Thomas sucks the joy out of all encounters and drops Louetta off filthy without changing her diaper. Thomas's lawyer Michael J. Kretzmer told outlets that the claims by Rumer are bombastic and dramatic but lack substance and factual support. So... will the court docs settle this or keep the drama rolling?
