Emil Alba joins Björklöven on one-year contract

Emil Alba has signed with Björklöven after leaving Färjestad. The forward reunites with coach Magnus Bogren under a one-year deal.

Emil Alba will play for Björklöven next season. The Swedish forward did not remain with Färjestad and instead joins the HockeyAllsvenskan newcomer.

He previously worked with Björklöven head coach Magnus Bogren during his time at Södertälje. The club confirmed the move after earlier rumors about interest from other teams.

Björklöven sports chief Per Kenttä described Alba as a hard-working forward with good size, high energy and experience at a high level. Kenttä said Alba's intensity and will to win make him an important addition in the club's green and yellow colors.
