Silfverberg praises Järnkrok as dream Brynäs addition

Jakob Silfverberg has returned to Brynäs preseason training after just one week off following the World Championship in Switzerland. He described Calle Järnkrok as a dream signing for the club but said he would not contact the NHL forward himself.

Silfverberg joined Brynäs training after limited rest from the tournament. He noted that at this stage in his career maintaining fitness matters more than extended breaks. Brynäs has yet to add the forward depth many fans seek. Järnkrok remains a frequently mentioned candidate. Silfverberg expressed full confidence in sports director Johan Alcén. He called a potential Järnkrok return a dream acquisition while leaving recruitment decisions to club management. He confirmed he would not reach out to Järnkrok personally. Silfverberg said the player likely receives the question often enough already.
