Ethiopian Airlines has received the first of two DHC-6 Twin Otter Classic 300-G aircraft ordered from De Havilland Canada.

Ethiopian Airlines took delivery of the first of two DHC-6 Twin Otter Classic 300-G aircraft from De Havilland Canada on June 22, 2026, in Addis Ababa.

The new aircraft will strengthen the airline's domestic and regional flight services. They will also support tourism activities, aerial survey and research work, air ambulance services, and similar operations.

The planes will help meet various market demands efficiently and reliably while expanding the airline's reach.
