Ethiopian Airlines hat das erste von zwei bei De Havilland Canada bestellten DHC-6 Twin Otter Classic 300-G Flugzeugen erhalten.

Ethiopian Airlines nahm am 22. Juni 2026 in Addis Abeba die erste von zwei DHC-6 Twin Otter Classic 300-G Maschinen von De Havilland Canada entgegen.

Die neuen Flugzeuge werden die Inlands- und Regionalflugdienste der Fluggesellschaft stärken. Sie werden zudem touristische Aktivitäten, Luftvermessungen und Forschungsarbeiten, Rettungsflüge sowie ähnliche Einsätze unterstützen.

Die Maschinen werden dazu beitragen, verschiedene Marktanforderungen effizient und zuverlässig zu erfüllen und gleichzeitig die Reichweite der Fluggesellschaft zu erweitern.
