Naoki Hamaguchi shares progress on Final Fantasy VII Remake part 3

Director Naoki Hamaguchi has confirmed that development of the third installment in the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy is proceeding on schedule. In a recent interview, he expressed confidence in delivering a culminating title and reflected on over a decade of work on the project. Fans can anticipate an upcoming announcement.

Naoki Hamaguchi, director of Final Fantasy VII Remake and Rebirth, provided an update on the trilogy's final chapter during an interview with Comic Book. He stated that while concrete details remain under wraps, the project is on time and on schedule. 'We believe it’ll become a title we can deliver with confidence as the culmination of the trilogy,' Hamaguchi said. 'Preparations toward the announcement are steadily underway. Please look forward to it just a little longer.'
