Police arrest 16-year-old suspect after tochigi home invasion killing

Japanese police arrested a 16-year-old boy suspected of killing 69-year-old company executive Eiko Tomiyama during a home invasion in Tochigi on Thursday morning.

The incident took place on Thursday morning when the teenager broke into the home of Eiko Tomiyama. He is suspected of stabbing the 69-year-old while searching for valuables.

Police arrested the 16-year-old suspect shortly afterward. Tomiyama worked as a company executive.
