Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) has resolved over 92 percent of 181 complaints filed during Buen Fin 2025 by the fourth day. More than half of the grievances involve non-compliance with offers, price alterations, and refusal to deliver purchased products. The agency is intensifying efforts in regions with the highest complaint volumes.
