Digitalization losses were detailed as Rp127.9 billion (2020), Rp544.6 billion (2021), and Rp895.3 billion (2022). The judge refuted former Minister Nadiem Makarim's claim that BPKP did not compare purchase prices to market rates. "Ini sesuai dengan keterangan Badan Pengawas Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) di persidangan dan jaksa penuntut umum (JPU)," said Judge Mardiantos.

The defendants' actions involved Nadiem Anwar Makarim, Ibrahim Arief, and Jurist Tan, deemed to cause massive state harm and undermine clean governance free of corruption, collusion, and nepotism.
