The International Festival Forum conference will make its North American debut in Los Angeles from Sept. 14-16. The event is produced by the International Live Music Conference in partnership with We Group.
The conference will take place at The London West Hollywood. It will include a session with C3 Presents promoter Huston Powell titled The Art of the Lineup.
Additional panels are scheduled on topics including The Festival Season 2026, Talent Buying in the Influencer Era, and International Touring & U.S. Work Visas in 2026.
Greg Parmley, managing director of ILMC, said the event aims to connect festival organizers and booking agencies. Nick Morgan, CEO of We Group, noted the value of in-person experiences for industry networking.
Organizations participating include Live Nation, AEG Presents, CAA, UTA, and WME.
