Last girder for LRT Jakarta Phase 1B installed above DDT Manggarai

PT Jakarta Propertindo completed installation of the final girder for the LRT Jakarta Phase 1B Velodrome-Manggarai route on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

PT Jakarta Propertindo or Jakpro completed the lifting of the final girder above the Double Double Track area in Manggarai. That location was the most critical point because the LRT line sits directly above existing railway tracks with high operational intensity.

Jakpro chief executive Iwan Takwin said the DDT Manggarai area required careful planning and safety coordination so railway operations could continue uninterrupted. He called the spot the last critical point in the construction.

With the installation complete all girders along the Velodrome-Manggarai corridor are now connected 100 percent. Construction progress on LRT Jakarta Phase 1B reached 94.061 percent by the fourth week of June 2026.

Subsequent stages will focus on finishing follow-up works and strengthening operational readiness in line with the established target.
