Lawyer Diógenes Sánchez Preciado and businessman Charliz Sebastián Ospina Marroquín have been missing for a month after leaving Neiva on May 11, 2026.
The two men left at 4:55 a.m. in a Toyota Hilux pickup truck with plate JLR-161 from the Calixto Leiva neighborhood. According to family information, they arrived in Guayabal, Caquetá, around 8:45 a.m. and their cell phones remained active until 12:35 p.m.
Relatives reported that the truck was seen that same day being driven by Alexis Perdomo, a commander of the Segunda Marquetalia. The lawyer's brother, Luis Emiro Sánchez Preciado, asked alias Iván Márquez and Perdomo to respect the lives of the missing men and provide information on their whereabouts.
The businessman's father, Alfonso Ospina, said his son had been previously summoned by the dissidents. The families have received no communication since May 11 and maintain hope for their return.
