马尼拉大都会的主要水源安格特大坝(Angat Dam)的水位从5月14日的178.85米降至5月15日的178.52米,仍低于其180米的运行水位。

伊波大坝(Ipo Dam)水位降至99.99米,拉梅萨大坝(La Mesa Dam)水位降至79.86米。吕宋岛北部和中部的多个水电大坝,包括安布考大坝(Ambuklao)、宾加大坝(Binga)、圣罗克大坝(San Roque)和潘塔邦岸大坝(Pantabangan)的水位也均有下降。

菲律宾大气地球物理和天文服务管理局将这一趋势归因于5月15日全国45个城市出现的高温指数,该指数已达到危险水平。马加特大坝(Magat)和卡利拉亚大坝(Caliraya)的水位则略有上升。
