Sweden is preparing to send two scooping planes that belong to the protection mechanism's air fleet. Jonas Klint at the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency says the planes can be dispatched on Saturday to the country directed by ERCC.
Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson writes on X that Sweden is assisting France. An operation is expected to last seven to eight days and MCF is also preparing to send team leaders on Friday.
