The 44th All India Police Equestrian Championship and Mounted Police Duty Meet concluded with strong performances from several state police teams. Haryana Police secured four medals: one gold, one silver, and two bronze. Constable Sandeep won silver in Grade-II Show Jumping and finished fourth in Show Jumping Pre-Novice. Head Constable Suresh Kumar took bronze in individual tent pegging. The team of ASI Ranveer, Head Constable Deepak, and Head Constable Suresh earned gold in the Medley Relay, while SI Dinesh, ASI Sanjeev, ASI Jitendra, and Head Constable Deepak won bronze in Team Tent Pegging.

Tamil Nadu Police, represented by the Chennai City Police Mounted Unit, collected seven medals: two gold and five bronze, plus two rolling trophies.

Post-event felicitations underscored the achievements. Madhya Pradesh's Director General of Police Kailash Makwana honored the winners, stating that the success reflects 'individual excellence and the strong training ecosystem within Madhya Pradesh Police.' He announced rewards and encouraged future preparations. Haryana's DGP Ajay Singhal congratulated the team, noting their excellence in sports alongside law enforcement. Additional DGP Sanjay Kumar emphasized how such events build 'discipline, courage, leadership qualities, and teamwork.' Chennai's Commissioner A. Arun personally congratulated the personnel.

The event, with 345 horses competing, promotes professional standards in mounted policing.
