በኢትዮጵያ የተባበሩት ዓረብ ኤምሬቶች ባለሙሉ ሥልጣን አምባሳደር ጀማል በከር (ዶ/ር) እንዳሉት መጽሐፉ በመካከለኛው ምሥራቅ ለሚገኙ ዓረብኛ ቋንቋ ተናጋሪ ሀገራት ኢትዮጵያን በመደመር እሳቤ ለማስተዋወቅ ዓላማ አለው።
በመጽሐፉ ምረቃ መርሐ ግብር ላይ የተባበሩት ዓረብ ኤምሬቶች ከፍተኛ ባለሥልጣናት፣ ንጉሣዊ ቤተሰቦች፣ የዲፕሎማቲክ ማህበረሰቡ እና የተለያዩ ሀገራት ተወካዮች እንደሚገኙ የኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ መረጃ ያመለክታል።
