በመጽሐፉ ምረቃ ሥነ ሥርዓት ላይ ከንቲባ አዳነች አቤቤ መጽሐፉ ለህዝባችን ቃል ገብተን ቃላችንን በተግባር የቀየርንበትን ታሪክ የሚተርክ ነው ብለዋል። ምክትል ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ተመስገን ጥሩነህ ደግሞ የተከናወነው ለውጥ በብዕር ተከትቦ ለታሪክ ማጣቀሻነት በሚበቃ መልኩ ቀርቧል ብለዋል።
