Disney has announced plans for six new dining venues across its Florida properties, with openings scheduled from late 2026 through 2027.
The additions include Harryhausen’s, a sushi restaurant inspired by the Monsters, Inc. film, which will open in the new Monstropolis land at Hollywood Studios. More details on the concept are expected at the D23 event in August.
At Disney’s BoardWalk, Hurly-Burly is set to open in late 2026 as a daytime family venue that converts to a 21-plus live music spot in the evenings. An unnamed quick-service restaurant is also planned for the same area, with further information due later this summer.
The Hacienda, a large quick-service eatery, will open in 2027 as part of the new Pueblo Esperanza land at Animal Kingdom. At Disney Springs, Six Ravens is expected in 2026 and will offer hand pies known as Coffyns along with other items.
An unnamed waterfront restaurant is also planned for the new Lakeshore Lodge resort, scheduled to open in summer 2027 near Magic Kingdom.
