Disney World confirms six new restaurants for parks and resorts

Disney has announced plans for six new dining venues across its Florida properties, with openings scheduled from late 2026 through 2027.

The additions include Harryhausen’s, a sushi restaurant inspired by the Monsters, Inc. film, which will open in the new Monstropolis land at Hollywood Studios. More details on the concept are expected at the D23 event in August.

At Disney’s BoardWalk, Hurly-Burly is set to open in late 2026 as a daytime family venue that converts to a 21-plus live music spot in the evenings. An unnamed quick-service restaurant is also planned for the same area, with further information due later this summer.

The Hacienda, a large quick-service eatery, will open in 2027 as part of the new Pueblo Esperanza land at Animal Kingdom. At Disney Springs, Six Ravens is expected in 2026 and will offer hand pies known as Coffyns along with other items.

An unnamed waterfront restaurant is also planned for the new Lakeshore Lodge resort, scheduled to open in summer 2027 near Magic Kingdom.

Multiple new attractions and snacks debuted at Disney World parks on May 26.

Walt Disney World is preparing four significant additions and updates that will take effect in 2027. These include a new land at Animal Kingdom, a new resort, an updated dining plan, and an expanded ferry service at Magic Kingdom.

Several Disney World locations have adjusted their menus with new items and removals this week.

Construction crews have installed the initial supports for Disney's first suspended coaster, part of the upcoming Monsters Inc. Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The massive structure is visible from the park's parking lot. The land is slated to open in 2027.

A sign has been spotted for the upcoming FØØD by Swedish Chef snack stand near the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The new spot replaces the former KRNR location on Sunset Boulevard and is set to open on May 26th.

Disneyland Resort has announced its holiday season features for 2025, scheduled to begin on November 18.
