A train malfunction occurred on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line between Shibuya and Omotesando stations around 10:13 a.m. on February 25. The Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, which shares direct connections, also suspended operations between Shibuya and Futako-tamagawa stations.

The issue was resolved after approximately one and a half hours, with the Hanzomon Line resuming operations around 11:42 a.m. The Den-en-toshi Line likewise ended its temporary suspensions on affected sections and returned to normal.
