Kevin Germanier unveils fall 2026 couture collection

Designer Kevin Germanier presented his fall 2026 haute couture collection at the Palais de Tokyo. The show featured exuberant designs made from upcycled and deadstock materials.

Germanier, who graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2018, created the looks using overstock from LVMH houses and surplus items. Giant pom-pom skirts mimicked feathers with painted flower-arranging materials, while clip-on bras incorporated bugle beads from ear defenders and breastplates featured spikes from Caran d’Ache pencil tips.

The collection carried the theme Les Sulfureuses, described by the designer as an optimistic explosion of color and fireworks. Germanier noted increased confidence this season in balancing creativity and wearability for clients.

This marks his fourth haute couture show, building on his reputation for transforming discarded items into glamorous pieces through collaborations including with Swiss manufacturer Caran d’Ache.
