The Mandalorian and Grogu collected an estimated $102 million domestically through Memorial Day Monday, marking the first new Star Wars movie in theaters since 2019.
The film earned $82 million in its opening weekend and $102 million over the four-day holiday frame. Internationally it added $64 million for a global total of $165 million through Monday. The movie carries a $165 million budget and received an A- CinemaScore from audiences that were 63 percent male and 75 percent over age 25.
