The movie is Focus Features' highest grossing release ever. It stands within 21 million dollars of The Conjuring's worldwide total of 321.2 million dollars. Upcoming international markets include Germany on June 25 and Spain on June 26.
Backrooms reached 167.88 million dollars domestically after three weeks. This puts it slightly ahead of Mandalorian and Grogu at 167.8 million dollars after four weeks. Worldwide, Mandalorian and Grogu leads with an estimated 317.8 million dollars compared to Backrooms at 279.8 million dollars.
