دبي ديفيلوبمنت تطلق مشروع ووك إن المختلط في غرب القاهرة

أعلنت شركة دبي ديفيلوبمنت عن إطلاق مشروع ووك إن المختلط الاستخدامات في مدينة السادس من أكتوبر كجزء من توسعها في غرب القاهرة.

يقع المشروع على المحور المركزي القديم قرب ميدان النجدة في الحي الأول بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر ويمتد على مساحة حوالي 10 أفدنة.

قال محمد أبو سعده الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة إن ووك إن يتكون من طابق أرضي وخمسة طوابق علوية ويضم منافذ تجزئة ومساحات مكتبية وعيادات طبية وشقق فندقية ومرافق ترفيهية.

دخلت الشركة في شراكات مع عدة جهات منها رسوخ السعودية كشريك استثماري استراتيجي وهافيز للاستشارات الهندسية كمستشار معماري بالإضافة إلى ريكو ويو إف سي جيم وأكاديو وفودافون.

تأسست دبي ديفيلوبمنت في السعودية عام 2001 وسلمت نحو 10 آلاف وحدة سكنية في أكثر من 150 مشروعا وتخطط لإطلاق عدة مولات لاحقا هذا العام مع التوسع في شرق القاهرة والساحل الشمالي.
