استعرضت شركة تنمية الريف المصري أحدث التطورات في المشروع القومي لاستصلاح وزراعة 1.5 مليون فدان خلال اجتماع لجنة الدفاع والأمن القومي بمجلس النواب.

ترأس الاجتماع محمد عباس حلمي، حيث ناقش أعضاء اللجنة مساهمة المشروع في تعزيز الأمن القومي والأمن الغذائي والمائي والتنمية المستدامة.

قدم عمرو عبد الوهاب، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب للشركة، عرضاً شاملاً حول معدلات التنفيذ وتطوير البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الطرق والكهرباء والمياه الصالحة للشرب.

وصف عبد الوهاب المشروع بأنه "مشروع للشعب وبالشعب" يعكس رؤية القيادة السياسية لبناء الجمهورية الجديدة.
