وصف مدبولي سيناء بأنها "ليس جزءًا ثمينًا من مصر فحسب، بل بوابة للتطوير وفرصة واعدة لدفع النمو الاقتصادي والتوازن الحضري". أشار إلى استثمارات الحكومة بالمليارات في الزراعة والصناعة والسياحة والبنية التحتية، بما في ذلك تطوير ميناء العريش والمطارات.

كشف المسؤولون عن تنفيذ 975 مشروعًا بـ638 مليار جنيه منذ 2014، تغطي التعليم والصحة والزراعة والنقل والطاقة. قدم سويلم تقريرًا عن قناة الشيخ جابر (275 ألف فدان) ونظام بحر البقر (270 ألف فدان)، وعسكر شدد على توجيهات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي لتوسيع المشاريع في السياحة والزراعة.

أكدت فؤاد التزام الزراعة بأمن غذائي يتوافق مع رؤية مصر 2030، بينما ركزت عوض على مشاريع الصرف الصحي والذبح في رأس سدر وأبو رديس والعريش، وطريق العائلة المقدسة. وجه مدبولي تسريع الخدمات وتبسيط الإجراءات لجذب المستثمرين.
