تشير أحدث البيانات الصادرة عن فيلق المرور التابع للشرطة الوطنية الإندونيسية (Korlantas Polri) بتاريخ 20 مايو 2026 إلى أن مقاطعة جاوة الشرقية تتصدر القائمة بأكثر من 6.5 مليون مركبة وحافلة رباعية الدفع.

وصل عدد السيارات في إندونيسيا إلى 28,149,254 وحدة. ويشمل هذا الإجمالي 21,264,759 سيارة ركاب، و6,571,432 مركبة نقل بضائع، و313,063 حافلة. يبلغ إجمالي أسطول المركبات الوطني الآن 176,301,749 وحدة. وتتصدر جاوة الشرقية القائمة بـ 5,638,690 سيارة ركاب، و825,369 مركبة نقل بضائع، و48,911 حافلة. وتحتل شرطة منطقة العاصمة جاكرتا (Polda Metro Jaya) المرتبة الثانية بأكثر من خمسة ملايين وحدة. وتأتي جاوة الوسطى في المرتبة الثالثة بأكثر من 2.5 مليون مركبة رباعية الدفع. ويعكس هذا النمو تزايد احتياجات النقل والنشاط الاقتصادي في مختلف المناطق.
