وزير الصحة المصري يدعو لتعزيز التصنيع المحلي للأدوية

دعا وزير الصحة المصري خالد عبد الغفار إلى تعزيز التصنيع المحلي للأدوية لبناء سلاسل توريد صحية أكثر مرونة.

أدلى عبد الغفار بهذه التصريحات خلال فعالية حول سلاسل التوريد الصحية على هامش الجمعية العامة لمنظمة الصحة العالمية التاسعة والسبعين في جنيف.

أوضح الوزير أن جائحة كوفيد-19 كشفت عن نقاط ضعف رئيسية في أنظمة التوريد الصحي مثل الاعتماد المفرط على الواردات وضعف التصنيع المحلي.

استندت استراتيجية مصر إلى ثلاثة محاور رئيسية تشمل الربط الرقمي لأكثر من خمسة آلاف منشأة صحية وتوسيع الإنتاج المحلي لتغطية 85 إلى 90 في المئة من احتياجات الأدوية المحلية.

كما أشار إلى حصول هيئة الدواء المصرية على مستوى النضج الثالث من منظمة الصحة العالمية ونجاح نظام الشراء الموحد في خفض تكلفة علاج التهاب الكبد سي.
