أعلنت شركة إمتلاق للاستثمار عن حصولها على موافقة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية (FRA) لإنشاء شركة إمتلاق لتسويق وإدارة صناديق الاستثمار العقاري، برئاسة وليد الشعراوي. ستتولى الشركة الجديدة إدارة وتسويق صناديق الاستثمار العقاري، وهذه الموافقة تأتي بعد خطوة سابقة في نوفمبر 2025 لإنشاء صندوق إمتلاق للاستثمار العقاري.

أعلنت إمتلاق للاستثمار، في 8 مارس 2026، عن الحصول على موافقة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية (FRA) لإنشاء شركة إمتلاق لتسويق وإدارة صناديق الاستثمار العقاري، برئاسة وليد الشعراوي. ستكون الشركة الجديدة مسؤولة عن إدارة وتسويق صناديق الاستثمار العقاري.

هذه الموافقة تأتي بعد موافقة سابقة في نوفمبر 2025 لإنشاء صندوق إمتلاق للاستثمار العقاري، برئاسة مجدي اليمامي. وفقاً للشركة، يشكل إنشاء الصندوق والشركة الإدارية جزءاً من جهودها لبناء إطار منظم لأنشطة الاستثمار العقاري، مع التركيز على الامتثال التنظيمي والحوكمة في إدارة الأصول العقارية.

قال الشعراوي إن الشركة الجديدة تهدف إلى دعم نمو الاستثمار العقاري المؤسسي في مصر. وأضاف أن منصة رقمية ستُطلق لتسهيل عمليات الاشتراك للمستثمرين وتوسيع الوصول إلى فرص الاستثمار في المشاريع العقارية.

أما اليمامي، فقد أوضح أن الصندوق للاستثمار العقاري سيعمل وفق معايير إدارة الأصول المطبقة في صناديق الاستثمار، مما يوفر للمستثمرين الأفراد والمؤسسات وسيلة للاستثمار في أصول عقارية مولدة للدخل.

أكدت إمتلاق أن هذه الموافقات تعكس الدعم التنظيمي لتوسيع أدوات الاستثمار في قطاع العقارات، وقد تساهم في تطوير آليات التمويل المرتبطة بالأصول العقارية في السوق المصري.
