صندوق هالان أز إرإي تي يغلق أول شريحة استثمارية في الضيافة

أعلن صندوق هالان أزيموت للاستثمار العقاري (إرإي تي) عن إغلاق ناجح لأول شريحة استثمارية في قطاع الضيافة، بالشراكة مع مجموعة براس بيل للضيافة. يمثل هذا الإغلاق أول نشرة للصندوق في أصول الضيافة المدارة مهنيًا، وقد تم الاكتتاب الكامل فيها. يركز المحفظ الأولي على مبانٍ تراثية معاد تهيئتها في وسط القاهرة.

أعلن صندوق هالان أزيموت للاستثمار العقاري، الذي أسسته إم إن تي-هالان بالتعاون مع أزيموت مصر، عن إغلاق أول شريحة استثمارية في الضيافة. ساهمت إم إن بي للحلول العقارية في تسويق الشريحة وإجراء الفحص الدقيق وتنفيذ الصفقة، بينما ستدير براس بيل العمليات والتجربة الضيافية.

يقع المحفظ الأولي في وسط القاهرة، حيث تم تحويل مبانٍ تراثية إلى أصول ضيافة مديرة مهنيًا. يستهدف الصندوق تطوير وتشغيل نحو 700 غرفة فندقية إضافية في مصر خلال 2026، مع خطط لجولات استثمارية أخرى.

يأتي الإطلاق وسط زخم قوي في قطاع السياحة المصري، حيث يستهدف الحكومة 30 مليون زائر سنويًا بحلول 2030، مع حاجة إلى 200 ألف غرفة فندقية إضافية. بلغت إيرادات السياحة 18.2 مليار دولار في 2025.

قال أحمد أبو العتياد إن الإطلاق جزء من جهود لتوسيع الوصول إلى الاستثمارات البديلة. أضاف أحمد عبد المجيد أن أصول الضيافة تقدم عوائد طويلة الأمد و حماية من التضخم، مشيرًا إلى الإصلاحات التنظيمية. وأكد أحمد إبراهيم الثقة المؤسسية المتزايدة في السوق.
