أشادت عمدة أديس أبابا أدانيش أبيبي بالجهود المستمرة لبناء قوة شرطة قادرة وعصرية في المدينة.

شاركت العمدة هذه الرسالة عبر صفحتها على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بعد حضورها اجتماع مراجعة لخطة الإصلاح لمدة 100 يوم التي نفذها قادة وأفراد شرطة المدينة. تركز الإصلاحات على الحوكمة الرشيدة وتقديم الخدمات لتعزيز الشرطة كمؤسسة محايدة تفي بشكل صحيح بالثقة الممنوحة لها بموجب القانون ومن قبل الجمهور، لخدمة أديس أبابا كمركز دبلوماسي متنامٍ. وأكدت أن إدارة المدينة والمقيمين يدعمون تصحيح الأخطاء التي تسيء لسمعة المؤسسة والقوة مع تشجيع الأداء الجيد.
