كشفت شركة ميتا أن أكثر من 20 ألف حساب على إنستغرام قد سُرقت الأسبوع الماضي في عملية اختراق استُخدم فيها روبوت دعم يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
كشفت الشركة عن حجم الحادث في 8 يونيو. وقد تأثرت الحسابات من خلال ما وصفته ميتا بروبوت دعم مدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي. وقعت عمليات الاختراق في الأسبوع السابق للإعلان. ولم يقدم المسؤولون في ميتا أي تفاصيل إضافية حول الطريقة المستخدمة أو هوية الجناة. يُنصح مستخدمو إنستغرام بمراقبة حساباتهم بحثاً عن أي نشاط مشبوه عقب هذا الإعلان.
