أعلنت وزارة الداخلية والإدارة الوطنية عن 80 وظيفة شاغرة في إدارات الأمن الداخلي والخدمات الإصلاحية.

أعلنت وزارة الداخلية والإدارة الوطنية عن الوظائف الشاغرة في بيان صادر في 21 مايو. وتستهدف هذه المناصب أدواراً قيادية في مجالات بناء السلام، وخدمات الاستقبال الحكومية، وإدارة المراقبة المجتمعية، وذلك ضمن درجات الخدمة المدنية من 4 إلى 7.

وتشمل الأدوار المحددة منصب سكرتير واحد ومديريْن اثنين في مديرية بناء السلام وإدارة النزاعات. كما تغطي المناصب الإضافية نواب مديرين ومساعدي مديرين في خدمات الاستقبال الحكومية وإدارة المراقبة المجتمعية.

يجب تقديم الطلبات عبر منصة لجنة الخدمة العامة بحلول 26 مايو، ويقتصر التقديم على الموظفين العاملين حالياً. وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن هذه الخطوة تهدف إلى معالجة نقص الموظفين القائم منذ فترة طويلة.

وأشار السكرتير الرئيسي للداخلية، ريموند أومولو، إلى وجود خطط لمزيد من التوظيف مع تخصيص ميزانية مقترحة بقيمة 2 مليار شيلينغ كيني.
