الجمعية الوطنية تنفي ادعاءات فرض ضريبة على الأراضي في مشروع قانون المالية لعام 2026

نفت الجمعية الوطنية المزاعم المتداولة عبر الإنترنت بأن مشروع قانون المالية لعام 2026 يتضمن فرض إيجار سنوي على الأراضي ذات الملكية الحرة.

صدر البيان يوم الاثنين، 25 مايو 2026، حيث أوضح البرلمان أن مشروع القانون يتألف من 57 بنداً فقط، ولا يتعلق أي منها بالأراضي أو الضرائب العقارية. كما أكد البيان أن الادعاءات حول تحويل الأراضي ذات الملكية الحرة إلى أراضٍ خاضعة لنظام الإيجار السنوي هي ادعاءات عارية عن الصحة. ورفضت الجمعية أيضاً التقارير التي تفيد بأن الرئيس ويليام روتو قد وقع على أي قانون من هذا القبيل. وحث البرلمان المواطنين على الاعتماد على المصادر الرسمية وتجنب نشر المعلومات المضللة خلال النقاشات الضريبية.
