Bunge la kitaifa lakanusha madai ya ushuru wa ardhi katika mswada wa fedha 2026

Bunge la Kitaifa limekanusha taarifa za uwongo zinazosambaa mtandaoni kwamba Mswada wa Fedha wa 2026 unaweka ada ya kila mwaka kwa ardhi ya umiliki huru.

Taarifa hiyo ilitolewa Jumatatu, Mei 25, 2026. Bunge lilisema mswada huo una vifungu 57 pekee na hakuna hata kimoja kinachohusu ardhi au kodi ya ardhi.

Limeeleza kuwa madai ya kubadilisha ardhi ya umiliki huru kuwa ya ukodishaji na kulipa kodi ya kila mwaka ni ya uongo kabisa. Bunge pia lilikataa ripoti kwamba Rais William Ruto amesaini sheria kama hiyo.

Bunge limewataka wananchi kutegemea taarifa rasmi na kuepuka kusambaza taarifa potofu wakati wa mijadala ya kodi.
