Nubank clients faced issues with Pix transfers and app login on Wednesday night.
Nubank users reported instabilities in Pix transfers and app login on the night of July 15.
According to Downdetector, the peak of complaints occurred around 19:30, with 2,674 failure reports. Until 20:00, an error alert was still shown when attempting transfers via the app.
The Pix system itself also had inconsistencies during the afternoon, with complaint peaks at 18:30 and 19:30. Nubank stated that the temporary instabilities have already been fully resolved.
