OLA Energy تستحوذ على أصول TotalEnergies في إثيوبيا

أنهت مجموعة OLA Energy الليبية استحواذها على عمليات شركة TotalEnergies في إثيوبيا. تغطي الصفقة ما يقرب من 120 محطة وقود ومحطة تخزين بسعة 13 ألف متر مكعب.

تم توقيع الاتفاقية في باريس في 30 يونيو 2026. وتُنقل بموجبها ملكية الأصول وتنهي تواجد TotalEnergies في إثيوبيا الذي استمر 76 عاماً. حضر المراسم وزير النفط والغاز الليبي خليفة عبد الصادق والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة TotalEnergies باتريك بويانيه. وتعود ملكية OLA Energy بالكامل إلى المحفظة الاستثمارية الليبية الأفريقية. بدأت TotalEnergies عملياتها في إثيوبيا عام 1950 وأدارت أكثر من 160 محطة بالإضافة إلى مستودع في دوكم. وتصبح OLA Energy الآن أكبر مشغل أجنبي في سوق تجارة الوقود بالتجزئة في البلاد.
