أفاد المجلس الوطني للانتخابات في إثيوبيا بأن 28,366,310 ناخبين سجلوا أسماءهم للانتخابات العامة السابعة حتى تاريخ 19 ميغابيت 2018 حسب التقويم الإثيوبي. بدأت عملية التسجيل في 28 يكائيت عبر القنوات الرقمية واليدوية. ومن بين المسجلين، هناك 13,047,743 امرأة و15,317,057 رجلاً.
