يقترح المنظم المسؤول عن سوق المال في الهند إجراء تغييرات تهدف إلى تسريع عمليات جمع التمويل لصناديق الاستثمار البديلة. ومن شأن اعتماد مسار سريع جديد أن يسمح لخطط استثمارية معينة بالانطلاق فوراً، مع تقليص فترات الانتظار للخطط العادية.

يقترح مجلس الأوراق المالية والبورصات الهندي (Sebi) تغييرات لتسريع جمع التمويل لصناديق الاستثمار البديلة. وسيسمح 'مسار سريع' جديد لبعض الخطط بالانطلاق فوراً، كما سيتم تقليص فترة الانتظار لخطط صناديق الاستثمار البديلة العادية. وسيحظى المستثمرون المعتمدون وصناديق الاستثمار الملائكي بمرونة أكبر، حيث ستحل الطلبات المباشرة محل الحاجة إلى مشاركة بنوك الاستثمار.
