قبل عام، قامت شركة "بورلينجه إنيرجي" بحفر أرض سرحات فتاح لاسو في شارع "سلينجيرغاتان". ولم يتم الوفاء بوعد إعادة تأهيلها.

في يونيو 2025، نفذت شركة "بورلينجه إنيرجي" أعمالاً أثرت على حوالي 70 عقاراً بالقرب من شارع "سلينجيرغاتان" في منطقة "نيدري تيارنا". كان الهدف هو استبدال أنابيب المياه وكابلات الكهرباء. وقد أُبلغ سرحات فتاح لاسو بأن الأرض والشجيرات ستتم إعادتها إلى حالتها السابقة خلال خريف 2025. وبعد مرور عام، لا تزال الأرض على حالها دون أي تدخل. يقول سرحات فتاح لاسو: "إنهم يستمرون في التأجيل والمماطلة ويختلقون الأعذار". كما أعرب عن شعوره بالخداع بسبب الوعود المتكررة التي لم تُنفذ.
