A year ago Borlänge Energi dug up Serhat Fatah Laso's plot on Slingergatan. The promise of restoration has not been kept.

In June 2025 Borlänge Energi carried out work affecting around 70 properties near Slingergatan in Nedre Tjärna. The aim was to replace water pipes and power cables. Serhat Fatah Laso was told that the ground and bushes would be restored during autumn 2025. One year later the plot remains untouched. – They keep postponing and postponing and they make up things, says Serhat Fatah Laso. He states that he feels deceived by the repeated promises.
