إسبانيا تأمر بحظر منصتي Polymarket وKalshi بموجب قوانين المقامرة

أمرت هيئة تنظيم المقامرة في إسبانيا مزودي خدمات الإنترنت بحظر الوصول إلى منصات أسواق التوقعات Polymarket وKalshi. ويستهدف هذا الإجراء منتجات الرهان غير المرخصة المرتبطة بالأحداث المستقبلية. ومن المتوقع أن تستغرق الإجراءات القانونية ضد الشركتين ما بين ثلاثة إلى أربعة أشهر.

فتحت وزارة شؤون المستهلك الإسبانية إجراءات تأديبية ضد المنصتين. وأشارت المديرية العامة لتنظيم المقامرة إلى الافتقار إلى التراخيص المطلوبة بموجب قانون المقامرة الإسباني. كما أشار المسؤولون إلى عدم وجود ضمانات كافية للقاصرين والمقامرين الذين استبعدوا أنفسهم من المنصات.
