أعلنت شركة ستاربكس عن إلغاء 300 وظيفة إدارية في الولايات المتحدة كجزء من جهودها الرامية لتحقيق نمو مستدام.

أعلنت الشركة عن هذه الخطوة في وقت مبكر من يوم الجمعة الموافق 15 مايو 2026. وتستهدف التخفيضات الموظفين في مكاتب الدعم الإقليمية في أتلانتا وبيربانك وشيكاغو ودالاس.

ستدفع ستاربكس تعويضات نهاية خدمة بقيمة 120 مليون دولار أمريكي وستخفض القيمة الدفترية للأصول بمقدار 280 مليون دولار أمريكي. ولن تؤثر هذه الخطوة على عمليات المقاهي.

كما تراجع الشركة تنظيم دعمها الدولي وتتوقع إجراء المزيد من التخفيضات الوظيفية خارج الولايات المتحدة. ويأتي هذا استمراراً لتخفيضات سابقة شملت 1100 موظف إداري تم الإعلان عنها في فبراير من العام الماضي.
