Florida man charged after gun confrontation with bus driver

A Florida father has been charged with aggravated assault after he pulled a gun on a substitute school bus driver because he was upset that the regular driver had yelled at his children.

Otoniel Carlos O'Valle approached the open door of a school bus at about 8:10 a.m. on Thursday at a stop in Citrus Springs. He removed a black handgun from his waistband and asked the driver if she was the regular one. Upon learning she was a substitute, he allegedly said it was her lucky day before returning the gun to his pocket and explaining his anger over the regular driver yelling at his two elementary school-age children.
