12 millioner kroner til forskning i naturturisme i Malingsbo-Kloten

Malingsbo-Kloten skal fungere som testområde for et nyt projekt om bæredygtig naturturisme, finansieret af EU og to regioner.

Projektet Digital Grön Tvilling skal skabe en digital model af området. Forskere vil spore besøgendes bevægelsesmønstre, slitage og naturværdier i realtid.

Tobias Heldt er projektleder. Han fortæller, at målet er at få en bedre forståelse af, hvordan de besøgende bevæger sig rundt.

Omkring 12 millioner kroner kommer fra EU samt regionerne Dalarna og Värmland. Modellen skal vise, hvordan forskellige tiltag påvirker både naturen og turistbranchen.
