Daniel Günther kræver ny formand for Die Linke skal trække sig

Ministerpræsident i Slesvig-Holsten, Daniel Günther, har opfordret Die Linkes nye medformand, Luigi Pantisano, til at gå af, efter at han sammenlignede CDU med fascistisk politik.

Daniel Günther kritiserede Pantisanos udtalelser som historieløse. Enhver, der ligestiller CDU med fascister og AfD, diskvalificerer sig selv fra seriøs demokratisk debat, udtalte CDU-politikeren til avisen Bild.

Pantisano blev valgt som ny medformand på partikongressen i Potsdam i weekenden med lidt over 53 procent af stemmerne. Han havde tidligere i et interview påstået, at der næppe er nogen forskel på CDU, som fører fascistisk politik, og fascisterne selv.

Pantisano beskrev senere ordvalget som uheldigt, men fastholdt sin kritik af CDU's umenneskelige politik. Andre politikere fra Unionen kaldte udtalelsen for en bundløs frækhed.
