DGB-leder Fahimi opfordrer til obligatoriske arbejdsmarkedspensioner for alle

Den tyske fagforeningssammenslutning DGB opfordrer til obligatoriske virksomhedspensioner for alle ansatte som led i den planlagte pensionsreform. Formand for DGB, Yasmin Fahimi, har talt for, at arbejdsgiverne skal finansiere i det mindste en del af ordningen.

Fahimi udtalte til Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland, at omkring 20 millioner ansatte i øjeblikket mangler en arbejdsmarkedspension. Dette skyldes normalt, at de arbejder i virksomheder uden overenskomster. DGB er klar til at regulere ordningen kollektivt gennem overenskomster. I virksomheder uden overenskomst kunne en lettilgængelig inddragelse i eksisterende modeller være en mulighed. Fahimi understregede, at finansieringen ikke må påhvile de ansatte alene. Hun pegede på, at de obligatoriske pensionsbidragssatser ligger på 20 procent eller mere i de fleste europæiske lande. Ifølge Fahimi planlægger DGB at fremlægge konkrete forslag inden udgangen af måneden.
