Dieter Becken forventer langvarig krise på markedet for erhvervsejendomme

Den hamburgske ejendomsinvestor Dieter Becken talte i et interview med Handelsblatt om konverteringsprojekter og branchens tilstand.

Becken forklarede, hvordan hans gruppe forvandlede den tidligere Galeria-ejendom Ringcenter 3 i Berlin til et fuldt udlejet kvartercenter. "Det fungerer, hvis man har en ankerlejer, der tiltrækker folk hele dagen," sagde han. Han nævnte Elbtower i Hamburg som sit næste store projekt. Becken er overbevist om, at Hamburgs centrum vil flytte sig mod syd. Hvad angår branchens situation, forudser Becken en længere krise på erhvervsmarkedet. For boligbyggeriet forventer han dog en snarlig genopretning.
